Reservations

The reservation has to be directly with Maya Kingdom Travel true e-mail, telephone or fax. The confirmation will be notified 48 hrs, after your reserve application. However your reservations will be cancelled or guarantee, depending on the following aspects:

The price includes the fallowing services:
Land Transfer with a bilingual tour guide (Spanish/English, or Italian) breakfast / Lunch and Dinner depending in the type of tour that you choose, entrance fees mentioned at the itineraries

The price does not include:
Extras at the Hotel, Departure Taxes, and Tips for porters at hotels and airport, tour guide, driver, bellboys, waiters and chambermaids.

Prices and Payments

• The amount has to be prepaid in US Dollars.
• You'll receive a confirmation of a total amount of your reservation by email.
• The total amount must be prepaid true fax or e-mail copy of the deposit
• In high seasons you must pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation right away when you receive your confirmation.
• Maya Kingdom Travel will cancel all the services if the payment is not received on time, basing on the previous regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maya Kingdom Travel   guarantees a carefully selection of the companies and people involved in the itineraries.
• Maya kingdom Travel is not responsible in the following cases: cancellations of flights, delays, inconvenient for any natural phenomenon, or loss of the personal items.     
• Maya Kingdom Travel will cancel our services when the security of the passenger's is in danger.
